Step 2 - The whole idea of the website is to build a shortlist of 5 Job Seekers and pay to have their contact info released to you to organise the interviews and recruitment process yourself.
Step 3 - 3 ways to hunt down the right staff by "Searching" - "Browsing" or posting "Unlimited Free Job Ads"
Step 4 - Message any Job Seekers of interest by locating the "Notify" tab at the top of every profile and check their availabillity before putting them on your shortlist.
Step 5 - When you are happy with your selection and you have picked and shortlisted your best 5 Job Seekers, proceed to contact them and make your payment. This will then "notify" each Job Seeker on your shortlist and it will send them a short Job Description that you provide. A Job Seeker will read this and either "Accept" or "Decline" the proposed meeting. If all 5 "Decline" your account will be credited and you can pick another 5 Job Seekers for free! If just one or two Job Seekers "Accept" the system has done it's job. Hopefully all 5 Job Seekers "Accept" your interview request and you have the potential to offer them all Employment.
