Step 1 - Register Free and set up your Employer / Job Seeker Account....

Step 2 -  Immediately have access to all the Digital CV / Profiles on nt3. You have 3 ways to hunt down the right staff by "Searching" - "Browsing" or posting "Unlimited Free Job Ads"

Step 3 - Find your ideal Job Seekers by using the nt3 targeted search and add anyone of interest to your "Selected Job Seekers List".

Step 4 - Message all Job Seekers of interest by locating the "Notify" tab at the top of every Job Seeker profile and check their availabillity before you pay to release their contact information.

Step 5 -  When your selected Job Seekers respond to your message and make you aware of their current circumstances, proceed to "Request Interview" and pay to release all 5 Job Seekers details to organise interview times direct with the candidates. Any Job Seekers you select that are not available immediately, you can swap for someone else.

Step 6 -  You can print or save all Job Seekers Restricted profiles at any time in the "Export CV" tab found at the top of every Job Seeker Profile. Full profiles will become available to print and save once you have made your payment and the Job Seeker has accepted your Interview Request.
