For employers, nt3 only collects the information that you provide on or about the company and jobs on offer, your name, title and contact details. These details are not disclosed to prospective employees until you initiate contact with potential interviewees at which time the profile of your company will also be released to a candidate. nt3 also collects information of a non-personal nature about on site visitors including which sections of the site are most frequently visited, how often, for how long, which areas of the site are most popular etc and uses this information in order to improve and market the service nt3 is able to offer. nt3 may collect further information from 3rd parties as part of our reference checking service. You have access to your data and may add to it or amend it at any time. We will not pass your details to a third party for anything other than recruitment services. Employers details provided on registration will be passed to prospective employees as a summary of their company when requesting contact with a job seeker for possible employment. An nt3 representative may contact job seekers in regards to particular employment opportunities that may seem suitable for you. nt3 may also contact you by email in order to alert you to new features and updates to the nt3 site. If you do not wish to be contacted by nt3 for this purpose, please indicate at the initial point of contact. nt3 will email you with requests from prospective employers who would like to make contact with you for possible interviews. You have the option to accept or reject such requests without disclosing any of your contact details.
