Simply by registering your profile, you can sit back without worrying about missing job ads, concentrate on your current job and let employers come to you with appropriate opportunities.

This resume is built for you automatically as you register with nt3 and once complete, can be printed or saved for you to keep for Free! We needed to design our website this way to maximise search capabillity for employers and to also hide your contact details from employers. You can "Activate & De-Activate " your profile at any time in the Profile tab located in your Jobseeker Panel (Step 8) Preview & Submit section. It's that easy to put yourself on or take yourself off the Employment market with nt3.....

Employers pay to have your contact information released to them....but they must have your permission to do so first! This is done by an Employer sending you an "Interview Request" with some detail about the role on offer. If you accept the "Interview Request" you will be releasing your own information to the employer. This facility makes sure you are only going to interviews that you are keen on with Companies that look the best fit for you.

We suggest you have a copy of your original CV handy on your PC so that you can copy and paste the information already on it into the fields as you are prompted. This is the way we recommend you complete your profile in the most time efficient way. If you don't have a CV, then it will take longer to input your skills and experience, but you can stop at any time and resume from where you left off if you need to do it in more than one sitting.

All of your resume information is saved and can be accessed and printed off anywhere in the world by logging onto nt3. It's so easy and convenient! Imagin, you will never have to go digging up a copy of your CV ever again! Just simply login to the nt3 site, update your work history and print the most up to date copy of your CV....now that's convenience!

IMPORTANT - Keep an "Active" e-mail address and e-mail account at all times. The e-mail address you enter when registering will be used by Employers to send you "Interview Requests" If your e-mail account is not active at the time....you will miss the opportunity! You can update your new e-mail account details in your Job Seeker panel at any time.

Take control of your information and future! You can Block any Employer from viewing your Profile...

For your comfort and convenience, nt3 does not release your name or contact details to browsing employers unless they have made a 'contact request' which has been checked, authorised and agreed to by you. This way, you control which employers you would like to talk to. We recommend that you meet all of the employers who ask for contact so that you do not restrict your opportunities or lose out on a chance that you may not have realised existed. It is always good experience and you never know what it may lead to.

The comfort of being able to prevent certain employers from browsing your profile will alow you to search for a new career with confidence! Set this up when building your Profile when prompted (Exclusion Filter) - for example, your existing employer!
